Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, has said that Lagosians will decide if he will serve for a second term.
Sanwo-Olu, while speaking on Channels Television’s The Verdict on Monday, also expressed confidence that he will emerge the next Governor of the state.
“I believe I can win, I know I am going to win,” he said.
When asked if he signed any deal to do just one term, he insisted that only Lagosians have the final say on that.
“It is four years that is on the ballot, I am not deceiving myself. It is Lagosians that will determine that for me. There is certainly no deal, it is Lagosians that I have a deal with when they elect me.
“That is for Lagosians to determine if I’ve earned it in the first four years,” Sanwo-Olu said.
